On December 10, 2021 we filed a Memorandum of Points in support of our motions for Preliminary Injunction (PI) and Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). We are requesting the court intervene and immediately halt the City of Hailey mask mandate. We argue that these health orders amount to involuntary human experimentation. They are a violation against the fundamental rights of bodily integrity and autonomy derived from both the Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution, as well as international law under jus cogens norms. Moreover, we provide compelling evidence that masks have negligible benefit and cause more harm than good for everyone, and especially for children and pregnant women. A hearing is scheduled for February 16, 2022 to address our motions for PI and TRO.
