Challenge to City of Hailey, ID Mask Mandate II
HFDF and City of Hailey residents are challenging the city’s Public Health Emergency Order No. 2021-06 requiring face coverings because the order violates civil rights protected under the Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution and constitutes a medical experiment on the population.
