Summary Context

While males suffer more post-mRNA heart damage, females have more persistent symptoms from such injuries, symptoms lasted a median of 7 months.

Comments

Initial severity of myocarditis was not associated with long term problems. Females had longer symtoms despite less incidence than men. In 27% of patients, symptoms of heart pain lasted for a median interval of 7 months.
