Nike’s Motion to Dismiss Denied

Nike Violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act among others as well as the guidance of the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC). Their motion to dismiss was rightfully denied.
