Challenge to Phoenix High School District Mask Mandate
HFDF is supporting Phoenix Union High School District biology teacher Douglas Hester in a lawsuit against the school district for mandating masks at school in violation of state law. No school district can decide to unilaterally implement rules which contradict the will and intent of the people’s elected representatives in the legislature.
