“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Margaret Mead
We wanted to take a moment to thank each and every person that has supported our efforts and all who wrote to us or shared their excitement with the world on social media. Our team has spent countless hours making this lawsuit and many others happen in the last year. We were overjoyed and overwhelmed with emotion when we heard Judge Mizelle’s ruling and it didn’t take long for the news to spread like wildfire. As social media was flooded with travelers across the country celebrating and posting photographs of all the smiling faces, and the videos of people cheering, singing, dancing on airplanes, and ripping their masks off, there was not a dry eye in the room as the tears of joy streamed. Those photos and videos are priceless and a wonderful reminder of why we at HFDF do what we do.
Almost immediately our inbox was flooded with hundreds of emails, this continued for weeks after the ruling. Thousands of you wrote to express your appreciation and we read each and every one! These notes are an absolute inspiration. There are so many different experiences and reasons this affected every individual personally, but the overwhelming amount of gratitude was consistent. Each and every note is a reminder of hope being restored. These last two years have taken a toll on the mental health of millions of Americans, and seeing the impact and hope each of you has found in our efforts has been extremely rewarding.
This was a tremendous undertaking that yielded unprecedented results. It’s so amazing to look back and see that in just under a year’s time, the inspiration of one person who took action to do something to preserve our freedom has made an indelible impact on hundreds of millions of Americans. It is such an inspiring reminder to never underestimate the power of one! Sometimes standing alone is hard but you may ignite the fire in many, and in this case, one turned into just a handful of individuals working together to make an impact on the entire nation.
The HFDF team wants to extend a special thanks to Leslie Manookian, our founder, for her vision and leadership, and to Brant Hadaway for his brilliant mind and legal work on this case, and the whole team of attorneys at Davillier Law Group who assisted with this case. Thank you to each and every person who took a stand and did not comply. So much gratitude to all our members, donors, and subscribers who supported us financially or by sharing our mission with friends and family.
We are just getting started here at HFDF and as we push forward with your legal battles, your enduring support is invaluable. Financial support is imperative to litigate against unjust and unlawful mandates and to reach our goal of codifying health freedom into law. Your impact can be vastly enhanced by continuing to share our message via social media, email, and word of mouth to help educate your friends and family on their rights. No amount of non-compliance is too small! Keep standing for freedom and stay tuned for HFDF news and updates!
Check out some of the thank you notes we have received!
